Do you set up and collect linen

Yes! We usually set up the chair covers, table linen and collect afterwards. If you prefer you can collect the linen for a DIY option and return after your wedding/function
What happens if something is damaged

We charge a holding deposit for linen hire, the cost of replacing anything damaged or lost is deducted from the deposit, if the cost is greater then we will discuss this with you. Full details are set out in our T&C's
Do you deliver balloons

Individual balloon arrangements can be delivered free in Bognor. There is a small fee outside the area.
Do you set up on site

Where possible, all balloon arrangements are made off site and setup in the venue on the day.
Do you offer personalised balloons

Yes! we can personalise foil balloons for deliveries and venue decor, we also offer personalised Deco balloons for special occcasions
Can you match my wedding colours

Where possible for balloons or chair sashes we will try to match, sometimes it's a good idea to have a shade of the colour or contrasting colour as we can't match everything. Different materials will show a colour in lighter or darker shades.
How far will you travel

W mainly work in West Sussex now, although we will consider travelling for a big order. A delivery collection charge will be added to all bookings outside of Bognor Regis
How do I add a new question & answer?

To add a new FAQ follow these steps: 1. Manage FAQs from your site dashboard or in the Editor 2. Add a new question & answer 3. Assign your FAQ to a category 4. Save and publish. You can always come back and edit your FAQs.
Can I insert an image, video, or GIF in my FAQ?

Yes. To add media follow these steps: 1. Manage FAQs from your site dashboard or in the Editor 2. Create a new FAQ or edit an existing one 3. From the answer text box click on the video, image or GIF icon 4. Add media from your library and save.
How do I edit or remove the 'Frequently Asked Questions' title?

You can edit the title from the FAQ 'Settings' tab in the Editor. To remove the title from your mobile app go to the 'Site & App' tab in your Owner's app and customize.
